WELCOME to the Connecticut Taekwondo Association (CTA), an affiliate of USA Tae Kwon Do. The CTA is a non-profit organization whose goal is to promote Tae Kwon Do in Connecticut and beyond, to people of all ages.

Because learning Tae Kwon Do helps participants increase their confidence, improve their health, and learn discipline and respect, it can make a difference in just about anyone's life. These benefits are available whether you compete or not - but Tae Kwon Do competition is exciting and fun for competitors and spectators alike!
